Reformer pilates
We offer small group reformer classes in our serene studio here in Kalbarri, Western Australia. If you are looking to build strength, improve flexibility and increase range of motion in order to support every day tasks then we have the class for you. Classes offered include Fundamentals/Mobility, Strength, and Stretch & Flex meaning that there is something for everybody or mood.
MAT pilates
You'll find Mat Pilates classes right here in our thoughtfully considering studio, tailored to enhance overall well-being. You'll gain strength, improve mobility and flexibility while enjoying yourself in our supportive environment. Expect small props to assist in building functional long term strength and ensuring appropriate challenge for all. Whether it is a challenging strength session you are after or a calming stretch class, you will find it here.
Private/Semi-Private Mixed Equipment
Tailored specifically to meet your individual needs, these classes incorporate a variety of mixed studio equipment in either a Private or Semi-Private setting. Our studio is located in the Kalbarri Arcade behind Little Leaf Cafe. You will find us at Shop 4, 44 Grey Street, Kalbarri, WA. Parking is available both in front and behind of the arcade.

A good place to start your Pilates journey is through our Fundamentals class. Stretch and Flex might also be suitable as it is a slower paced class aimed at improving flexibility and body awareness.

We welcome pregnant clients into our studio and classes. If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you have been cleared by your doctor to exercise you can join in any of our Reformer or Mat classes. Our instructor's understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy and will offer options and alternatives to best accomodate you.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class as the doors will be locked upon the start of class in order to ensure clients get the most out of their time with no outside interruptions. Being late unfortunately will be marked as a No Show.
We are a socks on studio meaning that grip socks must be worn to class. We sell a range in the studio.
Please switch phones to silent for the duration of class. If you wish to take a photo of yourself please make sure it is done before class and that no other members are included in the picture without consent.
